In Texas, WTCG serves 36 counties across the Concho Valley, Val Verde County area, and the Permian Basin. Telecounseling services are available for all residents across the service area, and face-to-face services are available in the following locations: San Angelo, Big Spring, Brady, Del Rio, Junction, Mason, Menard, Ozona, Sonora, and Uvalde.
WTCG also provides services in three counties in Southeastern New Mexico, under the dba Permian Basin Counseling & Guidance. In New Mexico, WTCG has offices in Artesia, Carlsbad, Hobbs, and Jal.
